Refund & Returns Policy
At Home Fitness Depots, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness equipment and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Most new, unused products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in new condition.
- Be returned in its original manufacturer’s packaging.
- Include all manuals, accessories, hardware, and original components.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Products that have been assembled, installed, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Authorization (RMA)
Before returning any product, you must contact our Customer Support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused or returned to the sender.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Clearance or Final Sale items
- Customized or special-order products
- Gift cards
- Replacement parts
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
Certain manufacturers may have additional return restrictions.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Take clear photographs of the packaging and damaged product.
- Keep all original packaging until your claim has been processed.
We will work with the manufacturer or freight carrier to repair, replace, or refund eligible items at no additional cost.
5. Shipping Damage
If visible freight damage is present at delivery:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- If the damage is severe, refuse the shipment.
- Contact us immediately.
Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect the ability to process your claim.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or shipped in error:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- White glove delivery, assembly, installation, and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Restocking Fees
Some manufacturers require a restocking fee for returned products.
Where applicable:
- Restocking fees generally range from 10% to 25% depending on the manufacturer.
- Any applicable fee will be communicated before your return is approved.
8. Refund Processing
After your returned item has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
- Your financial institution may require additional processing time before funds appear.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment at no charge.
If an order has already shipped:
- It will be treated as a standard return.
- Return shipping and applicable restocking fees may apply.
Special-order products may not be cancelled once production or shipment has begun.
10. Manufacturer Warranty
Most products sold by Home Fitness Depots include the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage varies by brand and product.
Warranty claims after the return period should be submitted directly to the manufacturer or through our customer support team for assistance.
11. Incorrect Orders
If we ship the wrong product:
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
- We will arrange replacement shipping at no cost to you.
