The 20kg Alpine™ weightlifting bar is REP’s top-tier Olympic weightlifting barbell. This bar follows International Weightlifting Federation specifications, including a 28mm diameter and knurl markings to help you determine proper hand placement on the barbell. This bar features a hybrid needle-bearing sleeve construction and utilizes both special inner-race bearings and standard needle bearings that provide a smoother and more consistent rotation.
