BlackWing Adjustable Bench

The BlackWing adjustable bench combines top features from leading benches into a high-quality, flat-incline-decline design. Built with heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, it includes patented ZeroGap technology to remove the gap between seat and back pad in any position. The closed ladder system offers 12 secure back pad angles from -8° to 85°, while the adjustable seat pad has six angles and a patent-pending ladder/pop-pin design for ease and stability. Compatible with the Leg Roller Attachment, with options for standard-width or 14” wide pads, both made from extra-grippy, dense CleanGrip material.

IPF competition height compliant, the bench supports up to 1,000lbs and features improved stability with redesigned feet. The rear foot allows REP Ares attachment 2.0 users to position the bench deeper into the rack for better incline and flat press setups. Grooved rubber feet protect floors and keep the bench in place. High-end finishes include a cut-out REP logo, stainless-steel handle, and laser-cut mountain logo. Stores upright in just 3.1 sq ft with an integrated metal stand and protective liner.
